Terms & Conditions
These terms provide the general commercial and operational conditions for projects, services, communications and deliverables provided by Codingpara Technologies.
Last Updated: September 30, 20261. Business Engagement
Every project is undertaken according to the scope, pricing, payment schedule and deliverables agreed between Codingpara Technologies and the client. A quotation, proposal, invoice, statement of work or written confirmation may form part of the agreement.
2. Scope of Work
Only the features and deliverables expressly included in the agreed scope are included in the project price. New features, additional pages, additional integrations, major revisions or changes in requirements may be treated as additional work.
3. Client Content
The client is responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, videos, business information, legal text and other content required for the project unless content creation is specifically included in the agreed scope.
4. Third-Party Licences & Costs
Domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, APIs, payment gateways, advertising platforms and other third-party services may involve separate costs. Their licences and policies remain controlled by the relevant provider.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Revision limits, if any, are defined in the applicable project agreement. Client approval of a design, page, milestone or functionality may be treated as approval to proceed to the next stage.
6. Payment & Project Hold
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. If an agreed payment becomes overdue, work, deployment, access or delivery may be paused until the account is brought up to date.
7. Delivery & Handover
Final handover is subject to completion of the agreed scope and applicable payment obligations. Handover may include project files, credentials or access only where those items are part of the agreed deliverables.
8. Performance & External Platforms
Website performance, search rankings, advertising results, third-party API availability, hosting uptime and other external conditions may vary. Codingpara Technologies cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on platforms or factors outside its direct control.
9. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use
Rights in project deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement and payment status. Unless separately agreed, Codingpara Technologies may display completed work as part of its portfolio or case studies, subject to reasonable confidentiality obligations.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential business, technical and commercial information shared during a project. Information already public or independently obtained without confidentiality obligations is not treated as confidential solely because it was discussed during the project.
11. Cancellation or Termination
If a project is cancelled after work has started, amounts for completed work, committed resources and non-refundable third-party expenses may remain payable according to the applicable agreement.
12. No Unauthorised Use
Clients and website visitors must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others or use our services for unlawful purposes.
13. Changes to These Conditions
We may update these general website conditions from time to time. The terms specifically agreed for an individual project will govern that project where they conflict with these general website conditions.
